Product Designer – Air India | Aug 2024 – present
• Co-led the DAPI web booking journey across desktop and mobile, from flight listing to confirmation, owning key flows that improved clarity and reduced booking time by ~30% (from ~5 minutes to ~3.5 minutes), delivered through a phased rollout.
• Co-led Manage My Booking (MMB) journeys, owning critical post-booking flows to simplify complex actions and reduce friction across live releases.
• Initiated “Off the Record,” a recurring team forum to foster open feedback, peer learning, and cross-team collaboration.
Experience Design Intern – Ather Energy | June 2023 – Feb 2024
• Designed the Ather Gold Service Center experience end-to-end, now launched across cities including Trivandrum, Bengaluru, and Indore. Developed a scalable, cost-effective model adaptable across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities, currently rolling out pan-India.

• Designed the Gween educational toy range for UK and Australian markets in collaboration with Channapatna artisans.
• Conducted research and play behavior studies to inform safe, culturally adaptable concepts. Managed prototyping and aligned product narratives with international quality and safety standards.

Graduation Project: "Ather's Gold Service Experience" — Designed Ather’s Gold Service Center experience as part of the core team, shaping a premium EV service environment. Collaborated with service, brand, architecture and network teams to deliver a pan-India initiative, now operational in Benguluru, Nashik and Trivandrum.
Additional: Documented for USTTAD (Government of India) and co-organised the Kohler × NID workshop.
